The stud offers 135 acres of prime Newmarket grazing land for boarding horses. All the paddocks are either post and rail or Keepsafe fenced. Horses are housed in American style barns and Loderi Racing are commencing a building development plan which includes a new stabling barn and an isolation unit. The current barn includes a foaling unit with four foaling boxes with CCTV and security system. The stud has veterinary facilities including stocks and an examination unit. There is excellent hacking if required for resting racehorses. There are resident staff offering 24 hour supervision. We have our own transport for taking  mares to coverings and we are within half an hour of all the major Newmarket stud farms and the town's world class veterinary practices.
